Delivery is subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be emailed with an estimated dispatch date.
Order Tracking
Deliveries can be made Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Please provide a contact number when placing your order so we can contact you if necessary.
Returns Information
Damaged items can be returned within 7 working days from receipt of goods. All returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, unused and unfitted.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email on sales@clivedon.co.uk and we will exchange your goods at no charge or refund you in full.
If the goods become faulty after use, please send us an email to sales@clivedon.co.uk with a short description of the problem and we will respond with the next steps.
All returned items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us on sales@clivedon.co.uk or 01207 500050 stating your original order number and reason for the return.
The cost of the return shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for return is at the fault of Clivedon Collection (e.g. faulty or damaged).
