Delivery is subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be emailed with an estimated dispatch date.
Order Tracking
For orders delivered by DPD and Fedex, deliveries are made Monday to Friday between the times of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Please provide a contact number when placing your order so we can contact you if necessary.
For orders delivered by DPD and Fedex, you will be emailed with tracking information for your delivery once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team on 07812169305. If your order has yet to be dispatched, a full refund will be processed. However, if your order has already been dispatched before the cancellation request, we will refund the cost your order minus any delivery charges incurred.
Returns Information
Should you change your mind once you receive your item(s), please contact us within 14 days to request a refund. You will be refunded the cost of the order, minus any delivery costs incurred. All returned products must be unused and sent back in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us by email on sales@clivedon.co.uk within 14 days. We will exchange your goods at no charge or refund you in full – including delivery charges.
If you wish to return a product to us please contact us on sales@clivedon.co.uk or 07812169305 stating your original order number and reason for the return.
The cost of the return shall be covered by the customer unless the reason for return is at the fault of Clivedon Collection (e.g. faulty or damaged).

Please note, all returned items are inspected for quality assurance. If, for whatever reason, your return fails this inspection, we may be unable to refund you.
Once returned, your return will be processed and you will be refunded within 28 working days. Refunds will be credited directly to the debit or credit card you used to place the order.
